Job Description Are you a confident HR professional with a passion for employee relations and making a real impact on the ground? Were looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a well-established manufacturing site. This role is offering variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a difference every day. NB: This is a Monday to Friday, site based role!
What Youll Be Doing
Managing employee relations casesLeading end-to-end recruitment on siteDriving employee engagement and wellbeing initiativesCoaching and up-skilling line managersSupporting various projects and initiativesPartnering closely with trade unions and senior managersWhat Were Looking For: Strong experience in end to end employee relations (day to day & complex cases)Proven ability to build relationships at all levels, and with unionsExperience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment or similarComfortable using HR systems and MS OfficeCIPD qualified (or equivalent) desirable but not essentialWhy Apply?
