Job Description Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a dynamic role within a prestigious environment? Our client based in Pangbourne, is seeking an HR Manager for a fixed-term maternity cover of up to 9 months.
This role offers the chance to make a significant impact within a supportive and collaborative environment. As the HR Manager, you will lead a dedicated HR team, providing essential support and guidance to over 200 staff members.

Location: Pangbourne - fully office based9-month Fixed Term ContractSalary: £40k - £50k - depending on experienceWorking Hours: 8.30am - 5pm or 9am - 5.30pmAs the HR Manager, you will be responsible for: Managing employee relations caseworkAdvising on restructuring and redundancy and ensuring compliance with safeguarding and statutory requirements.
You will also oversee the recruitment lifecycle, from onboarding to offboardingSupport the development of HR policies and procedures that reflect best practice and employment law. skills & experience
Substantial experience in HR managementStrong knowledge of employment lawExcellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage complex employee relations issues are essential. Experience with payroll management and HR information systems will be advantageous.
CIPD level 7 or aboveDue to the location, you will need to be a driver with your own transport
