HR Manager

We're working with a highly respected and internationally recognised organisation in Norwich that is seeking an HR Manager to join its established and collaborative HR team. The Opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned HR Manager to play a key role in delivering HR strategy across a diverse and innovative organisation.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll work closely with stakeholders at all levels, providing expert advice, leading projects, and driving initiatives that support organisational success and employee engagement. What You'll Be DoingPartnering with managers and leaders to deliver the HR strategyProviding expert guidance across the full employee lifecycleManaging complex employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and restructuresLeading organisational change projects and continuous improvement initiativesSupporting talent management, succession planning, engagement and organisational development activitiesDeveloping HR policies and ensuring compliance with employment legislationDriving a high-quality, customer-focused HR service across the organisationAbout You I would love to hear from HR professionals who can demonstrate: CIPD Level 7 qualified and degree-level education (or equivalent)Significant experience operating as an HR Manager or HR Business PartnerStrong employment law knowledge and extensive ER casework experienceProven experience working with senior leadership teamsA track record of delivering HR projects and business-focused HR solutionsExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skillsA proactive, collaborative and pragmatic approach to problem-solvingThis is a genuinely rewarding opportunity to join an organisation at the forefront of innovation, where people, culture and development are valued.
