A well-respected secondary school in Camden is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic HR Officer to join its professional support team on a full-time, permanent basis from September 2026. The Role The HR Officer will support the delivery of the school's HR service, ensuring all employee records, recruitment processes and compliance requirements are managed efficiently. Responsibilities will include: Coordinating recruitment campaigns and arranging interviews Managing safer recruitment and pre-employment compliance checks Preparing contracts, offer letters and employment documentation Maintaining the Single Central Record and HR database Supporting onboarding, probation and induction processes Assisting with employee lifecycle administration, including contract amendments and leavers Providing day-to-day HR support to managers and staff Ensuring HR policies and procedures are applied consistently About the School The school has established a strong reputation for academic achievement while fostering a welcoming and inclusive working environment.
