An exciting opportunity has arisen for a People Advisor to join a highly regarded architecture practice on an immediate-start temporary basis, with the potential to become a permanent position. Supporting an experienced People & Operations professional, you'll play a key role in the implementation of HiBob while providing generalist HR support across a business of 150 employees spanning seven UK offices, with approximately 70 employees based in the London studio.

Based in beautifully designed offices with a private outdoor courtyard, you'll enjoy a collaborative and creative studio environment with a hybrid working pattern and working hours of 9:30am–6:00pm. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on HR professional to make an impact within a design-led business during an exciting period of change. Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and transition to the HiBob HRIS, including data migration, testing and process mapping.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity throughout the system transition.
  • Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across the business.
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding and contract administration.
  • Assist with recruitment coordination and hiring processes.
  • Support the review and updating of HR processes, policies and documentation.
  • Produce HR reports and analyse people data to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate employee communications and training relating to the HiBob rollout.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify process improvements and support the adoption of new HR workflows.
  • Provide general HR administration and ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies. Requirements
  • Previous HR experience within an architecture, design or creative practice.
  • Experience supporting or implementing HR systems (HiBob experience desirable).
  • Strong HR advisory experience, providing guidance and support to managers across the employee lifecycle.
  • Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding and hiring processes.
  • Ability to support organisational and cultural change within a growing business.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
