A Top 100 UK law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate Immigration Solicitor to join its growing Immigration team. The practice advises businesses, senior executives, entrepreneurs and private individuals across a broad range of UK immigration and nationality matters.
The Role The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload encompassing both corporate and private immigration matters, including: * Skilled Worker and Global Business Mobility visas * Sponsor licence applications and compliance * Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) * British citizenship and nationality applications * Family and private client immigration matters * EU Settlement Scheme applications * Human rights-based immigration cases * Employer advisory and compliance work 1.
The role offers significant client contact and the opportunity to advise a diverse client base ranging from SMEs through to international organisations, alongside high-net-worth individuals and senior executives.
