Key Responsibilities
Provide expert legal advice on wide range of pension matters to clients. Draft and review pension scheme documents, including trust deeds, rules and member communications. Advise on regulatory compliance, scheme governance and risk management. Support clients pension scheme mergers, acquisitions and restructurings.
Requirements
