This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor with solid insolvency experience to work on high-profile matters across both contentious and non-contentious insolvency. The RoleYou'll be joining a nationally recognised team that advises insolvency practitioners, lenders, corporates, and directors on a wide range of restructuring and insolvency matters.
The role offers exposure to complex cases and the opportunity to develop your practice in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.
Key responsibilities include
Advising on administrations, liquidations, CVAs, and receivershipsHandling contentious insolvency matters including asset recovery and director misfeasance claimsSupporting corporate restructuring and turnaround strategiesAdvising lenders and stakeholders on enforcement and recovery optionsManaging client relationships and contributing to business developmentMentoring junior team members and supporting team growthAbout YouWe're looking for a qualified legal professional who: Has 4+ years' PQE in insolvency law (guideline only)Demonstrates strong technical expertise in both contentious and non-contentious insolvencyHas excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skillsIs confident advising clients and managing complex matters independentlyBrings a proactive, commercial mindset and collaborative approachIs committed to delivering high-quality client serviceBenefitsIn addition to a competitive salary, the firm offers: Annual bonus schemePension and private healthcareFlexible and hybrid working optionsCareer development and leadership pathwaysA supportive and inclusive working cultureCulture & ValuesThis firm is known for its people-first ethos, commitment to ESG principles, and inclusive environment.
