Max Supplier Rate: £460 Clearance Required :BPSS Duration:6 months Location: Telford. but location is flexible Job Description: We are looking for a Interaction Designer to support work on the Government Gateway programme - mainly supporting SCP, EACD/RATE and FRAUD PREVENTION CENTRE. Key Responsibilities

• User-Centred Design: Build service flows based on real evidence of user needs and government outcomes.
• Prototyping & Testing: Create wireframes, user flows, and digital prototypes.
• Accessibility & Inclusion: Ensure designs meet strict public sector accessibility regulations and work for everyone, regardless of digital skills.
• Collaborative Delivery: Work in agile, multidisciplinary teams alongside user researchers, content designers, and product managers. Core Skills Required
• Evidence-Based Design: Using research and data analytics to test design hypotheses.
