Job Description Interaction Designer - Government Gateway Max Supplier Rate: £460 Clearance Required :BPSS Duration: 6 months Location: Telford, but location is flexible Job Description: We are looking for a Interaction Designer to support work on the Government Gateway programme - mainly supporting SCP, EACD/RATE and FRAUD PREVENTION CENTRE.
Key Responsibilities User-Centred Design: Build service flows based on real evidence of user needs and government outcomes. Prototyping & Testing: Create wireframes, user flows, and digital prototypes. Accessibility & Inclusion: Ensure designs meet strict public sector accessibility regulations and work for everyone, regardless of digital skills.
Collaborative Delivery: Work in agile, multidisciplinary teams alongside user researchers, content designers, and product managers. Core Skills Required Evidence-Based Design: Using research and data analytics to test design hypotheses.
Designing Together: Collaborating openly and communicating the value of good design to non-technical stakeholders.
