Interim Employment Legal Counsel (International)

A leading global organisation is seeking an Employment Lawyer to support HR and business leaders across multiple international markets. This is a broad, commercially focused role covering employee relations, workplace investigations, employment law advice, organisational change, compliance, and people-related risk management.
You'll work closely with HR teams and senior stakeholders to provide practical legal guidance in a fast-paced, international environment. Start date : September 2026 Duration: 3 months
Key responsibilities
Advise on a wide range of employment law and employee relations matters across multiple jurisdictions. Support workplace investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes. Provide guidance on restructures, consultations, and workforce change programmes.
Assist with employment litigation and regulatory compliance matters. Partner with HR teams to develop policies, training, and best practice initiatives. Support immigration, mobility, and workforce compliance activities where required. Monitor legal developments and advise on associated business impacts.
About you
Qualified lawyer with exposure to employment law (in-house or private practice). Experience handling employee relations and workplace investigations. Knowledge of international employment law issues and cross-border stakeholder management.
Commercially minded with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving. Confident working independently and managing competing priorities. Experience advising on workplace AI, compliance, or regulatory matters is an advantage.
