p September start for a mid-senior commercial lawyer to join a busy legal team on an initial contract basis with potential to go permanent. /p p br /p p London office, hybrid working. /p p br /p p Reporting to the General Counsel you will take on a broad remit of BAU work for the team including: /p ul li drafting and negotiating commercial agreements for public and private sectors clients /li li advising on public procurement frameworks /li li acting as a key point of contact for the business on general legal queries /li li instructing external counsel when required /li li supporting on the delivery of legal operations related initiatives /li /ul p br /p p To be considered for this opportunity you will be 5+ years PQE as a guide with experience gained as a commercial lawyer in a similar capacity in-house.
