We are seeking a talented and experienced non-contentious Solicitor to join our UK team and contribute to our continued success. You will play a vital role in providing legal counsel and support to our clients in matters related to intellectual property rights.
You will work closely with a team of skilled professionals and have the opportunity to handle a variety of challenging IP cases. If you are a driven and experienced solicitor with 2-8 years of PQE in IP law, this is an excellent opportunity to further your career and make a significant impact in a dynamic legal environment.
Key Responsibilities Advise on a wide range of IP/IT and commercial non-contentious matters Conduct legal research and analysis. Draft, review, and negotiate IP/IT and commercial agreements. Collaborate with clients to develop IP protection strategies.
Stay up-to-date on relevant changes in IP laws and regulations. Ideally be able to advise on Data Protection matters. Qualifications Qualified Solicitor with 2-8 years of post-qualification experience in intellectual property law.
Ability to draft complex IP/IT and commercial agreements. Strong understanding of intellectual property rights, within non-contentious contexts. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proven ability to manage complex cases and meet deadlines.
