IT Support Analyst – Fully Remote 🏠 Location: Fully Remote – UK Based 💷 Salary: £28,000–£36,000, depending on experience 📅 Hours: Monday–Friday The Opportunity FindCore are thrilled to be assisting a well-established and growing business with the recruitment of an IT Support Analyst.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive technical team, providing remote assistance to users and helping ensure systems, software and equipment operate effectively. Key Responsibilities - Provide first-line technical support to users by telephone, email and remote-access tools - Log, manage and update support tickets accurately - Set up user accounts, devices and system access - Support Microsoft 365 applications and Windows environments - Escalate more complex technical problems when required - Maintain clear records of incidents, solutions and system updates - Deliver a professional and helpful service to users Skills
