Support Engineer (1st & 2nd Line) Bath (Hybrid - Once per Month) £30,000 - £35,000 + Training, Certifications & Career Development Are you currently working in a 1st/2nd Line Support role and looking for the opportunity to build a career in cloud and infrastructure engineering?

We're working with a growing technology-led organisation that is investing heavily in its internal IT capability and is looking for an ambitious Infrastructure Engineer to join the team. This role offers a genuine pathway into cloud technologies, providing exposure to modern Azure environments, security tooling, automation, and enterprise infrastructure This is an ideal opportunity for someone in their IT career who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership, and getting hands-on with new technologies.

You'll work alongside a highly experienced infrastructure team, supporting and developing cloud-first solutions while gaining valuable real-world experience and industry certifications The Role As an Infrastructure Engineer, you'll support and maintain the organisation's internal cloud and infrastructure estate, working across a broad range of technologies and projects.

No two days are the same, and you'll be given the freedom to learn, contribute ideas, and develop your technical expertise. What We're Looking For We're far more interested in attitude and potential than someone who already knows everything.

You'll likely have: Experience within a Service Desk, IT Support, 1st Line, or 2nd Line Support position. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of technical challenges.

A passion for infrastructure, cloud technology, and continuous learning. Excellent communication and customer service skills. The confidence to ask questions, take initiative, and get stuck into new challenges. What's On Offer?
