IT Trainer

Hybrid

</br>

We're currently working with a well-established and highly regarded legal services organisation that is looking to appoint an experienced IT Trainer to join its collaborative IT team.

</br>

This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT Trainer who enjoys working closely with people and wants to have a genuine impact on how technology is adopted and used across an organisation.

</br>

You'll play a key role in supporting colleagues at all levels — from onboarding new starters and delivering day-to-day IT training through to developing engaging refresher sessions and online learning resources.

</br>

The role

As IT Trainer, you'll be responsible for helping colleagues build their confidence and capability with the technology and systems they use every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • </br>
  • Delivering engaging and effective IT training to users across the organisation.
  • </br>
  • Providing IT onboarding and training for new starters.
  • </br>
  • Developing and delivering refresher and role-specific training.
  • </br>
  • Creating engaging online learning content, user guides and training resources.

  • Identifying training needs and opportunities to improve technology adoption.
  • </br>
  • Working closely with the wider IT team and business stakeholders to understand learning requirements.
  • </br>
  • Supporting the implementation and adoption of new systems and technologies.
  • </br>
  • Continuously reviewing and improving training content and delivery methods.
  • </br>
  • Providing a positive and supportive learning experience for users with varying levels of technical ability.
  • </br>

</br>

What's on offer?

</br>

This is more than a traditional IT Trainer role. You'll have the opportunity to shape and develop the organisation's approach to IT learning, introduce new ideas and make a visible difference to how people work with technology.

</br>

In return, the organisation offers:

</br>

  • </br>
  • 25 days' annual leave.
  • </br>
  • 4% pension
  • </br>
  • Private medical insurance following successful completion of probation.
  • </br>
  • Life assurance at 3x salary.
  • </br>
  • A supportive and collaborative working environment.
  • </br>
  • The opportunity to innovate and develop IT training approaches and content.

  • Close collaboration with IT, business teams and senior stakeholders.
