JIB Electrician Social Housing

Job Description Job Description: Hexa Services are currently recruiting for an experienced JIB Gold Card Electrician t o work on a long-term social housing contract in Birmingham. The work is within occupied social housing properties, so applicants must have previous domestic/social housing experience and be comfortable working professionally within tenants' homes.

Duties will include: Electrical upgrades within occupied propertiesKitchen and bathroom electrical worksUpgrading/replacing electrical accessoriesConsumer unit changesGeneral domestic electrical installation worksRequirements: JIB Gold CardRelevant electrical qualificationsPrevious domestic/social housing experienceOwn toolsAbility to work independently within occupied propertiesGood communication and professional manner when dealing with tenantsHours: 8 hours per day Duration: Minimum 6 months Location: Birmingham Start: ASAPThis is a long-term position with a minimum of six months' work available for the right electrician.
