This role offers the chance to work within a global hospitality brand, supporting new HR technology implementations, system enhancements, and integrations across the region. /p p br /p p strong Key Responsibilities /strong /p ul li Support the implementation, upgrade, integration, and automation of HR technology systems. /li li Coordinate HR and payroll data, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of data issues with hotel teams. /li li Manage system access and security, providing troubleshooting support for users. /li li Conduct testing for HR systems, document test results, and support end-user training. /li li Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to identify and drive process improvements. /li li Develop and maintain user guides, documentation, and training materials for new HR technology solutions. /li /ul p br /p p strong Skills Experience /strong /p ul li 1–3 years of experience working with strong HR systems /strong (Oracle HCM preferred). /li li Strong strong Excel /strong and strong PowerPoint /strong skills for data analysis and reporting. /li li Previous exposure to strong HR or payroll systems /strong and interface coordination. /li li Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. /li li Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. /li li Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders across departments. /li /ul p br /p p strong Contract Details /strong /p ul li strong Contract Type: /strong Inside IR35 /li li strong Duration: /strong 6 months (initial) /li li strong Location: /strong Hybrid (Watford – EMEA HQ) /li li strong Day Rate: /strong £250–300 /li li strong Start: /strong ASAP /li /ul p br /p
