We're looking for a driven and confident Project Manager to join a growing delivery team in Bristol, managing innovative projects within the defence space. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who's ready to step up, gain international exposure, and build a long-term career in project delivery and business leadership.
The RoleYou'll be responsible for delivering small to medium-sized projects (500k - 2m), primarily within rotorcraft (helicopter) programmes, working with major industry customers and stakeholders. You'll lead projects across the full lifecycle - from mobilisation and design through to delivery and in-service support - ensuring successful outcomes aligned to scope, cost, and schedule.
This role involves regular interaction with international stakeholders, so confidence, energy, and strong communication skills are key.
