Knowledge Solutions Manager

Overview

As Knowledge Solutions Manager, you will lead the regional K&E strategy and drive the global knowledge ecosystem to empower lawyers with high-value assets and AI-enabled tools. You report to the Director of Knowledge and partner across regions to raise standards, systems, and experiences in how knowledge is created, stored, found and used. You guide information architecture, content, and templates to ensure consistent, high-quality client delivery. This role blends leadership with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment.

Responsibilities

• Regional leadership and stakeholder engagement across EMEA, partnering with APAC for global services
• Develop and implement an AI-enabled knowledge experience for lawyers
• Align knowledge assets with legal document standards and templates to ensure consistency
• Lead and mentor the knowledge team, fostering collaboration and wellbeing
• Coordinate global and regional activities to drive shared outcomes

Key requirements

• 5+ years in knowledge management, legal operations, or related field in a professional services environment
• Strong information architecture, taxonomy, metadata, and search optimization knowledge
• User-centric service design and commercial awareness (design thinking)
• Experience with knowledge management tools including SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, iManage (preferred), and document automation systems
