Overview

In this role you will bolster the global Knowledge & Expertise function by delivering and continuously improving knowledge services for lawyers across regions. You will connect teams with curated, AI-ready knowledge and deliver actionable insights where work happens. You combine hands-on delivery with user support, content and information architecture, and process improvements, while coordinating training and onboarding initiatives. Responsibilities

• Support delivery and continuous improvement of global knowledge services
• Connect lawyers to curated, AI-ready knowledge across regions and teams
• Provide hands-on delivery, user support, and content/information architecture expertise
• Drive process improvements and engagement/awareness initiatives
• Coordinate induction, training, and project activities

Key requirements

• Experience in knowledge management, content management, legal operations, or professional services
• Knowledge of information architecture, taxonomy, metadata, search, and content lifecycle
• Experience administering or supporting CMS/DS platforms such as SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, iManage or similar
• User-centred and service-oriented approach; translate user needs into improvements
• Strong verbal and written communication with ability to explain systems to diverse audiences
