Lead Development Representative

Overview

You will drive early-stage sales for Trimble’s construction technology SaaS by identifying and qualifying high-potential prospects for the TC1 solution. In a collaborative, growth-focused culture, you’ll transform interest into qualified opportunities and help customers see the value of digital construction tools. You’ll work closely with the Business Development team to ensure smooth handoffs and maintain accurate activity in Salesforce. This role kicks off a rewarding path in sales or account management at an award-winning tech company.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify high-potential companies for our construction software
• Proactively engage and qualify leads via phone, email, and social media
• Partner with the Business Development team to ensure seamless transition of opportunities
• Maintain data integrity in Salesforce and capture customer interactions
• Master our divisional software products to communicate value and product innovations
