As a Lead Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in leading a growing team, driving technical delivery, and ensuring high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective engineering solutions within a high-tech environment.
The role is hybrid, with time split between home and site in the Bristol/Clevedon area. What we are looking for: Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience) Strong background in product design and development Experience leading or coordinating engineering teams/projects Experience in regulated, compliance-driven environments Knowledge of electrical safety standards and risk management What you will be doing: Lead, mentor and develop a team of Electrical Engineers Own system/subsystem design, including risk and compliance Collaborate across teams to resolve technical challenges Ensure products meet standards, directives, and cost targets Oversee testing, validation, and continuous improvement Reasonable Adjustments: Respect and equality are core values to us.
