Job Description Learning Support Assistant / LSA Weston Super MareLocation: Weston-Super-MareHours: Full-time | 08:30 15:30 (Monday to Friday)Salary: £95 £120 per dayStart: September 2026We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant / LSA to join an Ofsted rated Outstanding primary school in Weston-super-mare.
This is a full-time role supporting pupils throughout the school day, both in and out of the classroom, helping them to flourish academically, socially and emotionally within a warm, nurturing and inclusive environment where every child is valued.

The Role
