They are now seeking a capable and organised b Administrator /b to support the smooth day-to-day running of the office and provide both administrative and legal secretarial support to the legal team. /b /p p b b Role Responsibilities /b /b /p p b b General Office Support /b /b /p ul li b Answer calls, manage shared inboxes, schedule meetings and maintain office calendars /b /li li b File, scan, copy and prepare routine documents, letters and correspondence /b /li li b Monitor supplies and liaise with service providers /b /li /ul p b b Legal Secretarial Support /b /b /p ul li b Provide day-to-day secretarial support to fee earners, including diary management, appointments, meetings and key deadlines /b /li li b Prepare, format, proofread and amend correspondence, forms and legal documents, including work from templates or digital dictation /b /li li b Produce document bundles and client packs, arrange signatures and ensure papers are filed and circulated correctly /b /li li b Liaise professionally with clients, counsel, courts and other third parties, taking accurate messages and progressing routine queries /b /li li b Assist with time recording, billing, expenses and other matter-related administration /b /li /ul p b b File Data Management /b /b /p ul li b Open, maintain and close client files and keep the b Practice Management System /b up to date /b /li li b Maintain accurate, b GDPR-compliant records /b and complete conflict, identification and file-opening checks as required /b /li /ul p b b Team Client Support /b /b /p ul li b Provide flexible administrative cover across the team during busy periods and colleague absence /b /li li b Greet clients, prepare meeting rooms and assist with office hospitality /b /li /ul p b b Conduct Compliance /b /b /p p /p ul li b Handle all client information and documentation with strict b confidentiality /b /b /li li b Uphold the firms b professional standards /b and follow internal procedures /b /li /ul b b
Qualifications
