Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant - Lambeth Location: Clapham, Lambeth, South London Start Date: ASAP Contract: Full-time, long-term Salary: £105-£120 per day, dependent on experience Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant - Clapham Reeson Education is working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Clapham, Lambeth, to recruit a dedicated Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant for an immediate start.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Early Years practitioner who enjoys working with younger children and wants to play an important role in their early development. The Role - EYFS Teaching Assistant As a Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant,

your responsibilities will include

Supporting teaching and learning across the Early Years Foundation Stage. Working alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging, play-based learning activities. Supporting children's communication, language, literacy and early maths development.

Encouraging independence, confidence and positive social interaction. Providing targeted support to individuals and small groups. Helping to create a stimulating and well-organised learning environment. Observing children's development and contributing to assessments and progress records.

Supporting children's personal care and wellbeing where required. The Ideal Candidate To be considered for this EYFS Teaching Assistant position, you must have: A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.

Previous experience working in a Nursery, Reception or Early Years setting. A good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development. Experience supporting play-based learning and early development. A caring, patient and proactive approach.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A genuine passion for helping young children develop and reach their potential. What the School Offers An immediate start in a full-time, long-term position.
