THE FIRM The Jersey office of a top offshore law firn. THE ROLES Two litigation associates are sought to join a team providing a full range of litigation services to the firm's UK and international clients. These include financial institutions, fiduciary service providers, commercial entities and private individuals based worldwide involving a broad spectrum of litigation work.
The work will include trust disputes, insolvencies, boardroom battles, fraud and asset recovery, regulatory enforcement and arbitration. The role will entail extensive direct client contact, being responsible for the supervision of paralegals and legal assistants, and taking an active role in the identification and implementation of new business initiatives.
ABOUT YOU The right candidates will have 2-6PQE AND 6PQE with Jersey, UK or Commonwealth qualifications and be looking to live and work in Jersey long term. Lipson Lloyd Jones Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
