The RoleYou'll support senior lawyers on some of the most serious and high profile personal injury cases in the UK, including matters involving:Catastrophic injuries (brain, spinal, amputation, polytrauma, psychiatric injury)High value EL/PL and motor claimsSensitive and nationally reported casesGroup litigation and cross border investigationsDay to day responsibilities include:Preparing detailed medical chronologiesArranging expert appointments and conferences with counselAssisting with disclosure and evidence managementSupporting the investigation and progression of large, complex claimsHelping to train and mentor a junior Litigation AssociateYou'll work closely with experienced partners recognised as leaders in the catastrophic injury field, acting for major insurers, corporates and self insured organisations.
Candidate Requirements5-6+ years' experience in personal injury defence litigationStrong background assisting on large or complex casesConfident communicator with excellent written skillsHighly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a team environmentAbility to handle sensitive, high profile matters with professionalismWhy Join?
