Job Description M &E Quantity SurveyorWest LondonUp to £70k (PAYE) / £400 per day (contract)Join a UK leading Engineering Contractor working on Hyperscale Data Centres in London! M&E Quantity Surveyor required to manage the commercial delivery of Mechanical and Electrical packages across major data centre and commercial construction projects.
Responsible for valuations, variations, change control, procurement support, cost reporting and final accounts, ensuring strong commercial governance and contract compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage MEP packages from procurement through to final accountPrepare valuations, payment assessments and variation submissionsControl change, costs, risks and commercial reportingSupport CVR reporting, forecasting and subcontractor managementMaintain accurate commercial records and audit trailsR equirements: Proven M&E Quantity Surveying experience within a Data Centre, Aviation or Pharmaceutical projectStrong knowledge of MEP systems and commercial managementExperience with valuations, variations, contracts and cost controlFamiliarity with JCT, NEC, FIDIC or similar contractsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience across data centres, complex MEP installations and systems such as HVAC, UPS, generators, BMS and power infrastructure is advantageous.
