About the Role

Work to Rubix UKII HSEQ policies and procedures. Completion of component measurement, manufacturing drawings and assembly drawings. Operation of various machine tools to enable the manufacture of components from a variety of materials, both metallic and none metallic.

Maintain machine tools to ensure machining capacity and accuracy. Provide all necessary inspection, job record and timekeeping reports throughout the job process, in line with Rubix UKII policies and procedures. Support other job functions as requested by supervision, including site work and operating in other engineering workshops.

Active participation in on call rota, shift working and overtime requests to ensure service levels are maintained. Key Skills, Experience &

Requirements

Able to measure mechanical components accurately. Able to use material cutting equipment safely and accurately. Able to maintain equipment ensuring availability and accuracy. Ability to work within a team and problem solve.

IT Literate, e.g. use of tablets and associated software. Ability to communicate both written and oral.
