Maintenance Engineer

Overview

In this role you will maintain and improve plant and machinery within a manufacturing environment. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to keep equipment reliable and efficient, supporting continuous improvement efforts. The position offers long-term progression in a well-established company with a busy maintenance function. You’ll tackle fault finding, repairs, refurbishment, and installation across a three-shift pattern, contributing to overall plant performance.

Responsibilities

• Fault finding, repairs and refurbishment of machinery
• Planned preventative maintenance of plant and installations
• Installation and maintenance of new and existing equipment
• Collaborating with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure machinery efficiency
• Operate within a three-shift rotating pattern (days, evenings, nights)

Key requirements

• Experienced Maintenance Engineer from manufacturing or industrial background
• Strong fault finding, repair and preventative maintenance experience
