Maintenance Technician (Mechanical) £40,000 - £43,000 + OTE £53 K+ Overtime + Bonus + Training + Progression + 30 Days Holiday + 12% Pension Manchester Are you a Maintenance Technician from a mechanical background looking to join a globally renowned company, offering excellent tailored training, fully funded ATEX certification and rapid progression to senior Engineering positions and management?

In this role you will be performing planned and reactive maintenance on a range of machinery, working on bearings, motors, gear boxes, pumps and heat exchangers.
You will also be responsible for safety inspections of the plants machinery to ensure it is safe and operating efficiently. The company hold a strong reputation in the Chemical industry and have plants in over 27 different countries.

The Role
Work in a small team of 8 on reactive and preventative maintenance and resolve equipment failures Maintenance of pumps, gear boxes, motors, bearings and heat exchangers Conduct inspections of various plant machinery to ensure they are operating safely and efficiently Participate in plant safety programs and shutdowns Week 1: Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm and Week 2: 10am-6pm, 37.5 hrs, rotating weekly Overtime available at 1.5x
