If so, this could be the role for you. Page 1 Recruitment is partnering with a visionary tech company reshaping the future of Africa's transport and energy sector. As they continue to grow, they're looking for a Management Accountant to join their Sheffield head office.

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you'll help manage the company's finances, covering everything from accounts payable and receivable to the group's month-end and quarter-end close and support for subsidiary finance teams.

What you'll be doing Managing accounts payable and receivable so suppliers are paid on time and incoming payments are received and recorded accurately Conducting the monthly and quarterly close across the group so financial statements are accurate and on time Preparing quarterly financial reports for partners, with analysis and insight into the company's performance Completing grant reports with all supporting documentation within agreed timeframes Managing employee expenses and prepayment cards, including issuing, reconciling and reimbursing them Updating the ERP system with bank, supplier and client transactions Supporting subsidiary finance teams with ad hoc requests and helping to improve their processes Working with the team to manage fixed assets and inventory accurately What we're looking for ACCA or CIMA qualified, finalist or part-qualified, or qualified by experience Experience managing accounts payable and receivable Experience of monthly and quarterly financial close Ability to prepare financial reports and grant reports with supporting documentation Experience of entering and verifying transactions in an ERP system Understanding of fixed asset and inventory accounting Able to work to deadlines and keep records accurate and up to date What's in it for you Salary of £40,000 – £45,000 Study support (if required) Hands-on exposure to international finance in a high-growth business A supportive, development-focused environment 33 days holiday On-site parking and a smart-casual dress code Ready to take the next step in your finance career?
