Job Description Robert Half is delighted to be partnering with a market-leading organisation to recruit a Management Accountant for its South Wales headquarters. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to join a successful business with ambitious growth plans and a strong market position.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll take ownership of the monthly management accounts for a key business unit while partnering with operational stakeholders to provide meaningful financial insight and support strategic decision-making.
Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation of monthly management accountsCash flow reporting and forecastingMaintaining financial ledgers and balance sheet reconciliationsStatutory accounts preparationProducing KPI reporting and performance analysisSupporting budgeting and forecasting processesAssisting with year-end and interim auditsIdentifying opportunities to improve financial controls, reporting and processesProviding cross-functional support across the wider finance teamAbout YouWe're looking for a proactive and commercially aware accountant who enjoys working in a growing business environment.
You will ideally have: ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or be newly qualified)Strong accounting experienceExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAdvanced Excel capabilitiesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsExperience of improving financial processes and reportingWhat's on Offer?
