We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a well-established manufacturing business in the West Midlands. The role is responsible for developing and improving manufacturing processes, supporting production operations, driving continuous improvement and ensuring high-quality delivery of automotive products.

Provide hands-on engineering support to production teams, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, and reducing downtime. Support with NPI, ensuring manufacturing readiness, process validation and successful implementation.
Lead and support lean manufacturing initiatives, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
