Optimise customer journeys and support agency partnerships to drive engagement and conversions. Content & DigitalCreate and manage content for websites, email, social media, case studies, and campaign assets. Oversee creative production and ensure all communications align with the brand's guidelines.
Manage email campaigns, website updates, SEO, and digital reporting. Research & CollaborationAnalyse campaign and audience data to improve marketing performance and engagement. Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic decision-making.
