The Developer are entrepreneurial, opportunistic and deliver high quality houses in the South East.
The ideal candidate will be an established materials buyer who has the necessary contacts in materials suppliers to ensure the developer is paying the best prices. You will be a keen and effective negotiator and have a track record of getting the best prices with the right suppliers.
You must have worked for a residential developer as a materials buyer and must be up to date on what keen prices are and what levels they need to be to ensure the company is getting the best deal. You must be able to evaluate the current systems in place and recommend changes that are required so you can be as efficient as possible.
