Location: Magherafelt - 2 Days Per Week in London Salary: £55,000.00 - £65,000.00 per year Mechanical Contracts Manager. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a successful and expanding company delivering a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial projects throughout Northern Ireland and London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple mechanical contracts, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Manage mechanical projects from tender handover through to successful completion.
Coordinate and oversee site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource requirements. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, attending regular project meetings. Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and quality standards.
Identify and resolve technical and commercial challenges throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management. Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of workmanship and client satisfaction.
Essential Criteria Proven experience managing mechanical building services projects. Strong commercial awareness and project management capability. Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
