Are you a skilled Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineer in or around the South Londonarea, looking for an exciting opportunity in the facilities management sector? We are seeking a dedicated professional to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a defined portfolio, ensuring top-quality service delivery and first-line response to emergencies.

• £36,910 or £42,447 (depending on experience)

• Full door-to-door pay

• Up to 4% bonus

What You'll Be Doing

</br>

• </br>
• Performing planned and reactive maintenance on M&E systems
• </br>
• Diagnosing and resolving faults in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment
• </br>
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
• </br>
• Providing technical support and expertise across multiple sites
• </br>
• Liaising with customers to deliver outstanding service
• </br>
• Supporting and mentoring apprentices and junior engineers
• </br>

What We're Looking For

</br>

• </br>
• Recognised apprenticeship or qualification in M&E services/maintenance
• </br>
• Essential Qualifications: 18th Edition
• </br>
• Desirable Qualifications: F-Gas, Test & Inspection, Unvented
• </br>
• Previous experience in a similar role (retail or commercial experience preferred)
• </br>
• Valid UK driving licence (essential)
• </br>
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• </br>
• IT proficiency and ability to manage workload effectively
• </br>

• This is a field-based role, requiring travel between client sites

• On-call duty required (1 in 4 weeks)
