Mechanical Site ManagerSalary: £48,000 - £55,000 Package: Company car + benefitsOverviewA respected MEP contractor is looking for a Mechanical Site Manager to deliver mechanical services installations across the Thames Valley region.
Projects include commercial developments, laboratories, student accommodation, and high‑end residential schemes. The ideal candidate will be confident managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring high‑quality project delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee mechanical services installation across multiple sites in the Thames ValleyManage subcontractors, site teams, and supply chain partnersEnsure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and building regulationsDrive site productivity and maintain programme milestonesConduct site audits, toolbox talks, and enforce health & safety standardsCoordinate with design teams, project managers, and commissioning engineersTrack progress, report on site performance, and support project close‑outTroubleshoot technical or logistical issues to keep projects on trackRequirementsProven experience in mechanical building‑services site managementStrong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and public health systemsAbility to manage multiple projects or phases simultaneouslyConfident communicator with strong organisational skillsSMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, First Aid (preferred)Full UK driving licenceInterested?
