Mechanical Supervisor/Site Manager

Overview A leading M&E Contractor based in Sussex are looking for a Mechanical Supervisor/Site Manager to join their team and progress towards a Project Manager position. They work primarily within the commercial and residential sectors within London and South East.

The role is ideal for a Mechanical Supervisor/Site Managerwho is looking to develop their career, and perhaps have some project management experience. You will need to have strong administration and organisation skills and excellent mechanical technical knowledge.

Experience within the commercial sector would also be an advantage. They have an excellent reputation within the industry and have enjoyed good periods of growth over the past couple of years. Roles and Responsibilities Supervise the installation of Mechanical Services Order and co-ordinate delivery of materials Oversee multiple projects Progress Meetings / Reports Ensure works are undertaken to highest standards Toolbox talks RAMS Person Specification Mechanical building services background Supervisory experience Some Project Management experience ideally Commercial project experience Motivated man-manager Ambitious wanting to progress Excellent communication
