Job Description Location: Crawley Salary: Competitive DOE Job Type: £32,000 - £36,000 Metal Polisher We are currently seeking an experienced Metal Polisher to join a specialist manufacturing business producing high-end products for prestigious projects across the globe.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual with a background in metal polishing, surface finishing, fabrication, sheet metal work, machining, engineering assembly, or a similar manufacturing environment. This is not an entry-level position and will suit someone who takes genuine pride in quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities Hand and machine polishing of metal components to a high standard Producing exceptional surface finishes in line with quality requirements Working with a variety of polishing equipment, hand tools and power tools Inspecting finished components to ensure they meet exacting specifications Supporting wider workshop, fabrication and manufacturing activities as required Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment Consistently delivering high-quality workmanship on bespoke and batch-produced components What We're Looking For Previous experience in metal polishing, finishing, fabrication, machining, sheet metal or engineering manufacturing Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work from drawings, specifications and work instructions Experience using hand and power tools within a workshop environment A reliable and proactive approach to work Strong understanding of workshop health and safety practices The Ideal Candidate You will be a hands-on manufacturing professional who enjoys working with precision-engineered products and delivering exceptional finishes.
