Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hand Finisher to join our client's team in Corby. The ideal candidate will need to have strong attention to detail and experience working with small hand tools in a warehouse environment.
As a Finisher, you will be responsible for finishing products to meet quality standards, ensuring that every item is completed to perfection.
Responsibilities
Utilize hand tools provided to effectively finish products. Inspect finished items for quality assurance, ensuring they meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency in the finishing department. Requirements Proven experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
