Job Description Programming experience is essential to be successful for this role; it will be part of the interview. We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller & Programmer to join our well-established client, who are rapidly growing due to much success.

This opportunity is working PM Shifts:4pm - 2pm Monday - Wednesday4pm - 1pm ThursdaysFridays Off (3 day weekend)This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of precision-engineered components using modern CNC machinery in a clean, well-equipped manufacturing environment.------------------------------------------------------What's In It For You?

Programming experience is essential for this role.--------------------------------------------------------What You'll Be Doing :Create, edit and optimise CNC milling programmesProduce first-off components to engineering drawing specificationsModify and improve existing programmes to reduce cycle times and improve efficiencyMaintain programme documentation and backupsSetting & Operating: Set and operate CNC milling machinesSelect appropriate tooling and fixturesManufacture one-off and batch components to tight tolerancesCarry out tool changes, offsets and machine adjustments-------------------------------------------------------Essential Experience Needed: Proven experience as a CNC MillerCAD/CAM Programming experience is essentialExperience setting and operating CNC milling machinesAbility to read and interpret engineering drawingsExcellent attention to detailStrong problem-solving skillsGood communication skills and a positive attitudeDesirable Experience: Experience with Hurco, Haas, Mazak or Fanuc controls.

Experience operating Haas and Matsuura machinery. Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
