Hours of work & Package * Basic Salary of £34,000 * Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm - 40 hour week * Paid travel time up to £4,000 per annum * Call out 1 in 6 * Lots of overtime * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays * Company van * Private pension * Private healthcare * Optional private dental Key Responsibilities * Emergency lighting tests & Fire alarm tests * Painting & Decorating * Basic lighting * Basic Carpentry and plumbing * Fixing Furniture * Hanging Pictures & Shelves * Maintain and update Log books * Assist the maintenance team on site * Escort sub-contractors * To undertake basic “Fabric duties” which would include touching up paintwork, tightening hinges, install/repair blinds, changing locks, making minor repairs to cabinets, desks, and putting together small equipment like chairs etc.
