Responsibilities
Undertaking all building fabric activities, such as patch repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting and decoratingEnsuring you are working to high levels of health and safety and statutory requirementsRequired to answer queries, report any defects and keep the client informed of site activities at the time of the service visit.
What we're looking for
Full, current driving licenseBackground in facilities or mobile maintenance, in a construction or similar environmentQualified to Level 2 or 3 City & GuildsWhat's in it for you?
