Mobile Maintenance Engineer

Mobile Maintenance Engineer Location – Travel between Greenford, UB6 0HE & St Pauls, London, EC4M 7BP Hours – Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week 08:30 - 17:00. We are currently seeking a professional Mobile Maintenance Engineer who will travel between two sites during the week. The role is focused on delivery of planned preventative maintenance along with additional works such as fabric, minor, plumbing, carpentry and electrical duties.

As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer , the role will be orientated around fabric maintenance works with a requirement for flexibility and willingness to undertake other basic works which fall within the scope of the contract. This could be a variety of jobs relating to maintaining, repairing, and installing assets around the site whether it be a specific piece of equipment, works to a building or the site infrastructure.

The Mobile Maintenance Engineer will work within a team and contribute at both an individual and team level to provide exceptional services and levels of compliance to our client and customers. The ability to develop good working relationships with our client, customers and colleagues with interaction on a professional level being a key requirement for this position.

Skills & Experience

Electrical and/or plumbing qualification or similar recognised qualification would be required.

18th Edition desirable.

• Knowledge of Building Services – BMS, Fire Alarm preferable
• Maintenance and Cleaning of FCU's
• Water Testing (L8), Fire Alarm testing and general fabric, handyperson tasks essential
• Working on and managing PPMS from CAFM system
• Worked within the FM industry

We'll provide you with full training on ‘specialist' items once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. You will already have experience of working in a similar role.
