Mortgage Administrator

Hamilton, South Lanarkshire | £27,000£30,000 DOE | Full-time, office-based Were looking for a confident, knowledgeable and personable Mortgage Administrator to join a professional mortgage team in Hamilton. Youll provide hands-on administrative support to Mortgage Advisers, managing client cases from initial application through to completion .

Around 20% of the role will involve reception and front-of-house duties. This is a great opportunity for someone with 12 years mortgage administration experience who enjoys working with clients, takes ownership of their workload and is confident keeping multiple cases moving.

What youll be doing Managing mortgage applications from initiation through to completion Preparing, checking and processing application forms and supporting documents Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors and other professional contacts Tracking outstanding information and progressing cases within deadlines Maintaining accurate client and case records Providing regular updates to clients and advisers Handling queries by phone, email and in person Supporting general office administration Providing reception cover, welcoming visitors and answering calls What were looking for 12 years mortgage administration experience Good understanding of the mortgage application and case progression process Confident and professional communication style Personable and comfortable dealing directly with clients Strong organisation and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple cases and competing priorities Proactive, reliable and able to take ownership A positive team player who enjoys an office-based environment Whats on offer £27,000£30,000 DOE Hamilton, South Lanarkshire Full-time, office-based Standard company benefits Opportunity to develop within the mortgage and financial services sector Interested?
