We have an opening for an experienced New Homes Mortgage Broker to join a market leading whole-of-market mortgage and protection advisory firm with an outstanding reputation. This is a rare opportunity to join a specialist New Homes team working directly with developers investors and prospective purchasers - right at the heart of the new-build property market.
Responsibilities
Attending developer launches and property events representing the firm on-site Presenting to investors developers and prospective purchasers on the benefits of working with the firm Supporting investor and client open days Driving business development through networking relationship building and developer partnerships Applying expert mortgage knowledge of new-build lending and developer sales processes Flexibility for weekend events and occasional overseas developer events Experience required: Proven experience in New Homes / New Build mortgage broking CeMAP qualified or equivalent Confident polished presenter comfortable in front of investors and developers Strong business development and relationship building skills Deep understanding of new build lending criteria developer incentives and off-plan purchase processes Willing and able to travel including weekends Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
