Your responsibilities will include
br Meeting customers to understand their financial circumstances and property requirements br br Providing tailored mortgage advice and guiding customers through the application process br br Identifying suitable protection and insurance opportunities br br Managing and converting warm leads into completed business br br Building strong, long-term customer relationships br br Working closely with property professionals to maximise business opportunities br br Supporting and sharing knowledge with less experienced colleagues br br Developing additional business opportunities from existing customers br br Liaising with mortgage lenders and other relevant parties br br Working towards agreed sales and performance targets br br Maintaining high standards of compliance and ensuring all advice is delivered in line with FCA requirements br br About You Were looking for a motivated and experienced mortgage professional who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent customer service. br You should have: br CeMAP Level 1 or equivalent qualification , with relevant mortgage advisory experience br br CAS status or the ability to achieve the required status br br Proven experience working as a Mortgage Advisor br br A strong track record of achieving sales or performance targets br br Excellent communication and relationship-building skills br br A customer-focused approach br br Commercial awareness and a desire to maximise opportunities br br The confidence to work independently while contributing to a wider team br br A full UK driving licence br br Youll be someone who is ambitious, professional and motivated by both customer outcomes and personal success. xjlbheb br If youre an experienced Mortgage Advisor looking for a senior opportunity with strong earning potential, quality leads and genuine career progression, this could be an excellent next step.
